She is part owner with Cal Lightman. While it seems Foster works for Lightman, they are actually equal - they both listen to each other depending on who is stronger in any given situation (Lightman - lies, getting the truth; Foster - Pretty much everything else, all psychology related matters).Her marriage to Alec ended in divorce, which she's happy about. Enjoys the color pink. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I find them equals because they are partners but they have different personalities. Cal is more in your face give me the answers now! Gillian has a kinder more sensitive approach. Good balance. Do you find this valuable?
